What is a digital planner?

A digital planner is a PDF file with clickable/hyperlinked tabs and buttons that lets you plan digitally using a note-taking app and a tablet with a stylus (like an iPad with Apple Pencil). It works just like a paper planner, but you can type or handwrite, add stickers, and navigate between pages easily.

What apps do I need to use a digital planner?

Any app that supports annotating and hyperlinking PDFs will work! The most popular are GoodNotes and Notability. Other options include Noteshelf, Xodo, and Samsung Notes. Most digital planners work across these apps, though hyperlink functionality is best in GoodNotes and Notability.

What devices are digital planners compatible with?

Any tablet that supports a stylus, although technically you don't even need a stylus (but I highly recommend one!).

Do I need internet access to use my digital planner?

Nope! Once downloaded, your planner works completely offline. You'll only need the internet to download your files.

How do I get my files after purchase?

Files are delivered via an emailed secure download link right after purchase (and a link in your browser after purchase, too).

What's included in the download?

You will download .zip files, and you just need to "unzip" or "extract" them before use.

On an iPhone, use the Files app.
On an Android phone, use the Files by Google app.
On a Mac, double-click the .zip file to extract it
On PC, right-click and choose "Extract all."

Can I add stickers to my digital planner?

Yes! Any PNG files can be imported via your PDF app, or copied and pasted directly onto your planner pages like other images, then resized and moved.

Can I print my digital planner?

Sure, if you have the ink and paper! :) The PDF files for planners are hundreds of pages long. Also remember that the hyperlink navigation won't function on a printed page, so have a plan for how you'll find the pages you need among all the printed ones.
